Rizikon Assurance 2.5 Release Notes

Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 2.5 as of the 24th of September 2020. This release includes:

Email Template Customisation

Email templates can now be configured for each tenant on request. This allows for customised content on the following email templates:

· Assessment reminder

· Assessment status activity

· Password reset

· User invitation

Requesting Additional Completers

It is now possible for completers invited to the system to invite other contacts into the assessment workflow without the need for manager involvement. This will reduce the number of actions taken to assign the correct user to an assessment and make the process more efficient.

Completers can click the “request additional completer” action inside an assessment, creating another contact in the system and sending an invitation email. This action also automatically assigns the new contact to the original assessment, and adds a note to the added contact of how they were added to the system.

This feature is disabled by default, but can be enabled on request, and will be added as an option in the manager settings page in a future release.

Email Deliverability Improvements and Duplication Prevention

An idle period has been introduced when sending emails (such as system invitations) to the same user in short succession. This will reduce repetition and improving deliverability, and will also resolve an issue whereby multiple invitation emails were sent and only the latest had the correct (working) link.

An issue has also been resolved where assessments added in bulk would not send out invitation emails correctly when the “Send” action was done manually.

Updated Standard Assessments

Two new Assessments have been added to the standard library:

• National Minimum Wage: This assessment will help organisations who wish to assure themselves that their suppliers and partners are operating in compliance with the UK Labour Market Regulations.

• Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity: This assessment will help you to assess your suppliers' approach to Diversity and Inclusitivity and also assess their compliance to UK legislation on Equality.
