Rizikon Assurance 2.7 Release Note
Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 2.7 as of the 31st of March 2021.
This release includes:
Assessment Guidance Notes
It is now possible to add Guidance Notes to an assessment. These will provide further scoring information and context, can be found on each question page underneath the question score, and will only be visible to Assessors and Managers on the system.
The Guidance Notes are available for all Standard assessments in the public library, including information of how each of the questions are scored automatically. Guidance notes can also be applied for any custom assessment by using the Question-set editor, or by contacting us for more information.
Comments Improvements and Assessor Notes
The comments section on question pages can now be found below the question, following a more familiar design layout. This allowed us to make some improvements, such as enabling rich text formatting for comments, and showing what role the commenter has.
We have also introduced Internal Assessor Notes, which allow additional communication between the Assessors, and provide a space for any reasoning or context from the assessor to be saved. These support rich text formatting as well and are only visible to the Assessors and Managers on the system.
Including Comments and Notes to the Assessment Report
Assessors will have an option to include these Internal Notes or the comments in the report, allowing them to save the context and information provided without having to re-write the information.
These can be added by the “Include in report” option underneath the comment or note, and once a comment is included in the report, a new section in the report will be available displaying all selected messages.
Many bug fixes, security improvements and User Experience Improvements
Multiple small changes and bug fixes have been made to the Security and User Experience of the system, including design improvements to assessments in review mode and improved subscription messaging in the system.
If you have any questions or issues, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
