Rizikon Assurance 1.6 release note

Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 1.6 as of 8th August 2018.

Version 1.6 contains the following changes;

Improved Review page

The review page has been updated to allow assessors to efficiently review all answers, comments, and attachments in one place. Assessors can now flag questions, add comments, view attachments, and manually update the assessment scores from the review page (If enabled). By viewing and responding to all answers on one screen, the review process is now significantly faster for assessors.

Improved Manager assessment status graph

The manager assessment status graph now includes click-through filtering. Managers can view a list of assessments filtered by status by clicking on the assessment status graph.

Date type questions

Assessments can now include dates as an answer type. This allows suppliers to enter expiry dates, certification dates, renewal dates, and more. Date questions include a calendar selection method to ensure consistent date formatting when sending assessments to different countries.

Dynamic table questions

Assessments can now include dynamic table questions. Dynamic tables allow completers to add as many rows as required to answer the question. These tables can be used to gather information when the number of rows can't be specified in advance.

Decimal questions

Assessments can now include non-integer numbers as answers, allowing for a wider range of number based inputs.

Optional Freetext questions

Freetext questions can now be made "optional" meaning that a completer is not required to answer the question. Optional freetext can be used to add a description or explanation to an answer if further details are required, but without forcing all completers to add unnecessary details.
