Rizikon Assurance 1.9 release note
Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 1.9 as of 25th January 2019.
Version 1.9 contains the following changes;
Improved Usability and Accessibility
Various actions have been reworked to become clearer and easier to use, and tooltips have been added to describe available actions or sections to users throughout the platform. Layout and colour schemes have also been updated to improve readability.
Terminology Changes
Terminology across the platform has also been updated and clarified. Such changes include a renaming of “Suppliers” to “Organisations”, as the portal may be used to assure any organisation not exclusively within the supply chain.
Usage And Statistics Page
Usage and statistics are now available to customer admins, accessible through the manager summary page. This allows these managers to easily monitor the metadata on their portal, allowing them to see more information and track their assurance programme with ease.
Modern Slavery Assessment
We have added a Modern Slavery Risk assessment to our standard library of assessments. This can now be used along with our existing standard assessments by an organisation to assess the risk of Modern Slavery within organisations in their supply chain, and that are linked to the goods or services they are procuring.
Risk scoring is based on the 2018 Global Slavery Index Slavery Vulnerability Model data and US Department of Labor List of Goods Produced by Child Labor or Forced Labor (2018) data for high risk countries and materials. To find out more, visit: www.rizikon.io/modern-slavery-risk
Assessment Notes
Managers can now add an externally visible note to an assessment, visible on the summary page of the assessment and in the corresponding notification email. This is an optional note that managers can use to introduce an assessment and provide any extra information to organisations before they begin completion.
Improved Email Notifications
Email notifications now have more detailed and helpful wording, as well as directly referencing the organisation that sent out the notification on the email “from” field to be more recognisable.
