Rizikon Assurance 2.10 Release Note

Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 2.10 as of the 1st of March 2022. This release includes:

Action Plans

The newly added Action Plans functionality will allow Assurance Managers to create and monitor progress on workflows, such as remediation plans for third parties, with action tasks that link to various parts of the system, such as Assessment Answers, Organisations and more.

Managers can now access the Action Plans feature on the "More" dropdown on the main navigation menu.  From there, new action plans can be created, and existing action plans can be monitored.  By clicking on an Action Plan, users can find various views on the Details page that shows all Action Tasks, organised in cards based on Priority, Current Status, and even the history of changes.

Action Tasks can be assigned to any user in the system, allowing both internal and external collaboration and workflow tracking, with notifications when an action task is assigned, or when the status is updated.  Action plans can be configured in an order with "prior tasks" being linked to later tasks, and these tasks can also be linked to other elements in the system, including other contacts, organisation, assessments and even specific answers, or even all of the above.

This Functionality will only be available to Rizikon Enterprise Customers.

Document Expiry Tracking and Notifications

Managers are now able to manage Third Party documents and their expiry from within Rizikon Assurance.

Document Expiry Tracking allows managers to be collect information on when a specific document is set to expire and be notified 24 hours beforehand, and again on the day of expiry via email.  This will allow for improved "Continual Assurance" and greatly expand of the "Snapshot" approach that was possible before.

As a part of this functionality, there is also a new Question configuration available to Managers and users of the Question-Set Editor.  This new question type can make it mandatory for completers to provide an expiry date when uploading a document in an assessment.

Darkbeam Scan Improvements and Full Reports
Darkbeam integration in Rizikon Assurance has been improved, allowing Managers to easily see when a Domain Risk Scan is in progress, and also add the information provided in the Summary Risk Scan Data to Scorecards.  This will allow easy comparison of Darkbeam Risk information across suppliers.

Furthermore, Managers can enable, on request, a link to the full report to be provided with the Domain Risk Scan, which will allow them to see the full report details with one simple click.

Many bug fixes and user experience Improvements

Multiple small changes, bug fixes and user experience improvements have been made, including design improvements to Question Attachment uploading. If you have any questions or issues, please let us know.

Kind Regards,
