Rizikon Assurance 2.3 release note

Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 2.3 as of 9th April 2020. This release includes:

Assessment Score History and Workflow Changes

The overall score for an Assessment is now also tracked in a similar way to Question Scores, showing who the score was set by (Rizikon or user), the date this was set, and the original score if this was edited manually by the user.
A warning message also now appears when attempting to assign a user to an assessment for a company they have not previously been associated in order to reduce the change of an incorrect recipient being selected.

Email System Improvements

Users can now set their email preferences in the Notifications centre Settings page.  The system will be expanded on in the future to allow full control of all notifications.
Email deliverability has also improved.

Scorecard and Criticality Chart Improvements

Scorecards now dynamically refresh and update the Criticality chart on the Manager Summary page.
Users can now also navigate from a Creditsafe Segment on a scorecard to  the underlying Creditsafe Report.
Scorecards can now also be configured so that manually updating the Risk and Impact from a scorecard uses a dropdown selector of valid values, rather than requiring manual input.

Bulk Upload and Download Improvements

We have made large improvements to the importing and exporting of data, with new fields having been added for Additional Completers, Additional Assessors, Default Scorecard, Impact Value and tags to the import templates. The download files now also includes fields for tags (from Organisaitons) and Additional Completers/Assessors (for Assessments).

Bug Fixes and User Experience Improvements

Multiple minor bugs have been fixed, particularly around Scorecards and displaying combined questions of varying types in the columns.  User experience improvements include reworked modal boxes for displaying more information to the user and prompting specific actions, rather than generic ones.  Notifications are now also marked as “Read” after having clicked the “View Source” button.

Kind Regards,
