Rizikon Assurance 2.6.1 Release Note

Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 2.6.1 as of the 3rd of February 2021.

This release includes:

Rizikon Support Widget for Managers and Assessors

Rizikon Managers and Assessors can now use a Support Widget for technical support from the Rizikon team.  This widget connects to our knowledge base, with helpful articles on the frequently asked questions and guides on how to complete the main actions and workflows in Rizikon.  By searching for a keyword, users can find instant information and help for the specific area in question.

The widget also allows support tickets to be raised directly from inside the application, so that any bugs, errors or support requests can be easily ticketed and tracked by users.

Report Sharing

Assessors and Managers can now share the full, automated assessment report with the completers. This can be found by the "Share" toggle options next to each report.  Once a report is shared with the completers, they will be able to see all sections and scoring from the report.  Removing this shared permission will reset the report back to the submission record only for completers.

This option is configurable in the customer admin settings page for the system, so that it may be disabled if not desired.  Furthermore, Admins can now set this report sharing to be automatic, so that each time an assessment is approved, rejected or sent back, the report will be shared with the completers.

Email Notifications for Ending Assessments

A new email notification type has been added to the system to inform completers when their assessment has ended, either through the acceptance or rejection actions from completers.  These emails do not specify the outcome by default, but can be configured on request to do so.  Completers will also receive a notification in the application itself once they log in to inform them of the outcome.

Bugfixes, Security and Usability Improvements

Multiple small changes have been made to the Security and User Experience of the system, including a new "continue" button to allow completers to jump to the next unanswered question.  Assessors will now also receive a prompt to update the report if they have made any changes that have not been applied, which appears before any Approve, reject or send back action is taken.

The configurability of the system has also been improved, with additional settings for the "Approval" and "Rejection" statuses and actions in the system, to support a wider range of workflows and use cases from Managers. Many small bugs have also been fixed.

If you have any questions or issues, please let us know.

Kind Regards,
