Rizikon Assurance 2.7.1 Release Note

Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 2.7.1 as of the 30th of April 2021. This release includes:

Auto-include setting for Notes and Comments

Building on the new functionality introduced in v2.7, it is now possible to set assessor notes and/or assessment comments to be automatically included in the assessment report.  This should allow managers to configure more automation to suit their workflow in Rizikon regarding feedback and reporting.

This setting can be found in the Admin Settings page, under the Assessment Reports section.  The Notes and comments can be excluded from the report as normal, by clicking "remove from report" on the comment.

Changes and Updates to Question-sets

The standard library of question-sets has been updates with the following changes:

Anti-Bribery and Corruption: updated the scoring parameters to reflect the latest data available.  Also updated the guidance notes to reflect these changes.

Modern Slavery: Minor changes, including clearer wording for question 5.1, a fix for a minor bug with the report showing "info" scores as "Okay", and added missing scores to some questions.

Improved support, help and guidance system.

This release includes various new pieces of functionality centered on supporting users of the system.  In particular, it allows the addition of workflow wizards for the more involved tasks in the system, as well as the addition of new tips and explanations of components on-screen.

These new features will be used over the coming weeks to substantially improve the usability of Rizikon, particularly for new users.  As this content becomes available, you can find it in the top-right of the page, next to the notifications and tools.

Bug fixes, security improvements and User Experience Improvements

Multiple small changes and bug fixes have been made to the Security and User Experience of the system, including issues with the date-picker component, caches and errors that could occur if a user lacks any capabilities for a given tenant.

If you have any questions or issues, please let us know.

Kind Regards,
