Rizikon Assurance 2.4.1 Release Notes

Rizikon Assurance has been updated to version 2.4.1 as of the 31st of July 2020. This release includes:

Question-set Edit Page

It is now possible for managers to make changes to Question-sets on their system.  This is available on the “Tools” dropdown, under “Question-sets”.

This has been a widely requested feature, and will allow customisation, configuration and updates to the underlying question-sets for use in assessments in the system.

Any changes or updates to an existing question-set are saved as a “revision” of the assessment, which is then applied across the existing history of assessments intelligently.  This maintains the validity of assessments that have previously been submitted by keeping them as the previous revision, while “open” assessments are updated to the new revision.

It is also possible to add a new question-set to the system, simply by uploading a file of a new, unique name.  This will allow flexibility for Rizikon users to add the content they need, when they need it.

Updated Standard Assessments

As part of the new ability to edit the question-sets in the system, we have updated the standard Rizikon Library of assessments, including revisions to:

• Security Low Risk: updated name to Cyber Security (CE based).  This assessment has also received several content updates to the wording of questions, with some new questions having been added.

• Security High Risk: updated name to Cyber Security (IASME GOV based) - This assessment has also received several content updates to the wording of questions, with some new questions having been added.

• GDPR Data Processor: This assessment has received several changes, updates and clarifications to the wording of questions, and has some new questions to more fully cover the scope.

• Supplier Onboarding: This assessment has received some minor changes and additions.

If you have any questions or issues, please let us know.

Kind Regards,
